Misleading Product – Not a Genuine Akari Light

I purchased this product thinking it was an authentic Akari A1 light, but after receiving it, I discovered that it is not a genuine Akari product. The seller later confirmed it was “designed by their own team,” which directly contradicts how it was advertised.

When I raised this issue, the seller refused to take responsibility and declined to provide a prepaid return label. Only after I filed a dispute with my credit card company did they respond more cooperatively—but even then, they are requesting to send the item back without providing the return label. I’m happy to send it back but they don’t seem to understand a simple request

This kind of deceptive business practice is unacceptable. If you’re looking for an authentic Akari light, this is not the place to buy it.

This lamp is gorgeous! It arrived quickly and was easy to set up. The light it emits is very calming.
