Shopping Basics

We provide standard free shipping for all customers. For more information read the shipping page.

We provide international transportation. Including but not limited to the following regions (North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc.)
You can also contact us for information about shipping to your region or country.

Most orders are received in 3-8 weeks from order to delivery. Customizing the product will take an extra few days. If you need expedited delivery, please contact us for a quote. Expedited orders usually arrive in 2-4 weeks.

We provide a variety of SHIPPING METHODS (including but not limited to the following).
1. Global Postal Transportation (EMS)
2. Standard commercial express (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc)
3. The third-party freight forwarding company (commercial courier company partner) transports to the dest.

Orders can be placed without creating an account. Of course I suggest you create an account. You can enjoy a better shopping experience.

ORDERING A-Z

  1. Once you find something you love, click the “ADD TO CART” button.
  2. When you’re done adding items to your cart, click the “CART” button.
  3. Make sure you’re happy with everything in your cart, and click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.
  4. Fill in your name, email, address, city, etc. We only use this info to ship your order. If have discount code,you can enter discount code and click apply.
  5. Click “CONTINUE TO SHIPPING” and then select yourshipping method and payment method and follow the instructions.

Usually we guarantee that the stock of the goods on the shelves is sufficient.but the stock of some customized products and sizes exceeding the logistics limit will be set to 0. Please contact us to confirm the product inventory.

If you need cancel or modify your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible, as well as all methods of contacting us on the page.

After the goods are shipped, we will provide you with the name of the express delivery company and tracking number by email. With this tracking number, you can view a tracking summary which will list delivery information that has been captured at various scan points throughout your item’s journey.

While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and color’s reproduction is as accurate as photographic processes or a printed material allow. Please, note there may be color variations depending on the calibration and screen’s setting. As every of our product is hand-crafted, the possibility of slight variations in assembly and finishes may exist from one piece to another. The latter does in no way affect the quality, craftsmanship, aesthetic or function of the piece.

The lamps we provide can work normally at a voltage of 110-240v and meet the voltage standards of all countries.

Full assembly instructions are provided in the box with each product. These stipulate if you require an electrician or more than one person for assembly. It is recommended that the lighting fixtures be installed by a professional. We are not, in any way, responsible or liable under any circumstances for misfortunes and/or accidents that may occur due to improper use and/or installation of our products.

The products we sell include some purchased products, and we will work hard to review the supplier qualifications.If the products we sell violate your intellectual property rights, please contact us.

Please examine the condition of cartons before signing delivery receipts: our products are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before leaving our facility. Should you receive products in a damaged condition apparent or concealed, claims for damage must be made against the carrier immediately. Keep all packaging materials.

Should visual inspection upon the receipt of shipment show damage, it must be noted on the delivery receipt and signed by both you and the driver. Failure to do so will result in the carrier refusing to honor your claim. Retain all packing materials and notify the carrier immediately that you wish an inspection report made, so you can proceed to make a claim against the carrier.

We carefully inspect all of our products for any manufacturing defects or errors. Should you find fault with one of your products, please read the shipping section in the terms and conditions.
