Our Core Protocol: For all bespoke scale, finish, and material adjustments, production commences solely after your explicit review and sign-off on detailed technical drawings and material swatches.

Tier 01 · Direct Checkout Notes

Standard modifications via order notes.

For color temperature selections, Triac phase dimming requests, or standard hanging cable extensions, you can simply record your specifications directly in the Order Notes / Special Instructions field at checkout.

Option A / Dimming Driver & Color Temperature

Triac Phase Dimming & Specific CCT (3000K / 4000K / 6000K)

If your electrical plan utilizes wall-switch phase dimmers (such as Lutron or Leviton Triac wall controls) or if your design requires a specific kelvin rating—whether 3000K Warm White for relaxing living areas, 4000K Neutral White for functional kitchen counters, or 6000K Daylight White for clear task zones—simply note your requirement at checkout.

For standard cable extensions and standard Triac phase driver configurations noted during checkout, we typically arrange this service without additional surcharges on eligible collections.

How are production timelines managed for bespoke commissions? +

Because bespoke orders involve personalized mold calibrations, metal finishing, and manual bench testing, crafting times vary according to architectural complexity. Your dedicated concierge advisor will provide tailored progress updates throughout each fabrication milestone.

Can I provide my own RAL color code or architectural finish sample? +

Yes. We accommodate precise RAL architectural color references as well as specific metal finishes (such as satin brass, oil-rubbed bronze, and brushed nickel). Swatch references are shared for verification prior to coating.

Are custom-dimension lighting fixtures compatible with North American voltage? +

All custom lighting fixtures are wired with certified universal AC 110V–240V drivers and standard junction-box-compatible canopies, fully complying with North American and international residential standards.
