Warranty Policy
Dekoorlight 3-Year Warranty Policy
(This policy applies only to all lighting fixtures purchased through the official Dekoorlight website. For end consumers only, non-transferable.)
1. Scope of Application
Warranty Coverage: All lighting fixtures purchased through the official Dekoorlight website (including the lamp body, built-in driver, original remote control, and all original factory configured components such as LED light sources), and original accessories included with the product.
Items Not Covered by Warranty: Gifts, installation tools, consumables, and any non-original accessories.
2. Warranty Period and Effective Date
Warranty Period: The entire lamp enjoys a 3-year warranty.
Effective Date Calculation Rules:
All products are installed by the consumer. The warranty period starts from 00:00 on the day after the consumer signs for the goods (including electronic and paper signatures).
Warranty Rules After Replacement: For new lamps replaced due to manufacturing defects, the warranty period will be recalculated from the date the replacement product is received.
3. Services Provided During the Warranty Period
During the warranty period, if the lighting fixture cannot be used normally due to manufacturing defects or material defects (not caused by human damage or external force), Dekoorlight will provide services in the following priority:
- Priority will be given to remote troubleshooting and technical guidance to assist in quickly resolving the problem.
- If remote guidance cannot resolve the problem, the corresponding original factory replacement parts will be sent free of charge.
- If replacement parts still cannot solve the problem, a lamp of the same model or an equivalent replacement product will be provided.
- Product return is only a last resort solution and will only be used when all the above methods fail to resolve the problem.
4. Warranty Exclusions (Situations where warranty service is not provided)
This policy does not apply to any of the following situations:
- Products that are beyond the warranty period; products without valid proof of purchase (website order record); products where the product SKU does not match the purchase information.
- Failures caused by human damage: unauthorized disassembly, modification, dropping, collision, incorrect installation, failure to use according to the product manual, use of non-original accessories, etc.
- Damage caused by factors other than product quality: abnormal voltage, lightning strike, humidity, corrosion, fire, earthquake, and other force majeure events; normal wear and tear (such as minor scratches on the lampshade, slight fading of the casing that does not affect functional use).
- Products not purchased through the official Dekoorlight website.
5. Warranty Claim Process
Application Channels: Send an email to the email address (info@dekoorlight.com).
Required Materials: Provide the product SKU, order number, purchase date, and a detailed description of the malfunction; upload clear photos/videos of the faulty product, and a screenshot of the purchase receipt.
Review and Processing: Dekoorlight will confirm receipt of the application within 24 business hours and prioritize providing remote troubleshooting guidance.
6. Legal and Policy Statement
This policy complies with the relevant consumer rights protection laws and regulations of the country/region where the product is sold. For matters not explicitly covered, local applicable laws will apply.
Dekoorlight reserves the right to modify this policy. Any adjustments will be announced on the official website homepage 30 days in advance, and the modified policy will not be retroactive.
