Frequently Asked Questions
How do the modular hanging rods (20cm + 30cm) adjust for ceiling heights? +
The lamp includes both 20cm (7.9″) and 30cm (11.8″) downrods. You can install either rod individually for standard ceilings (2.4m–2.7m) or combine both rods (total 50cm drop) for higher ceilings and over-table placements.
What bulb base and lighting modes are supported? +
The fixture utilizes standard E27 bulb sockets and supports a 3000K-6000K color temperature range. You can use E27 bulbs supporting warm light and tri-color switching modes across universal AC 110-240V voltage.
How do the 10 tubular glass shades diffuse illumination? +
The white cylindrical glass tubes softly diffuse light from the E27 bulbs in a radial pattern, casting ample, balanced, and glare-reduced illumination across 10–15㎡ living and dining spaces.
How should I clean and maintain the glass tubes and chrome metalwork? +
Ensure the power is turned off before cleaning. Gently wipe the glass tubes and polished chrome metal framework with a clean, dry or slightly damp soft microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to maintain the metallic luster.
